Eloro: Too Big to Understand in Bolivia

Eloro’s (ELO.T) CEO, Tom Larsen, is “Blown away.”
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce commencement of a preliminary economic assessment (“PEA”) for the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department of southwestern Bolivia. The PEA study will consider the inferred mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) of 560 million tonnes grading 13.8 g Ag/t, 0.73% Zn and 0.28% Pb in the Polymetallic (Ag-Zn-Pb) Domain and 110 million tonnes grading 0.12% Sn, 14.2 g Ag/t and 0.14% Pb in the Tin Domain (Sn-Ag-Pb). While the Polymetallic Domain and the Tin Domain do not overlap or share any resource blocks, for the purposes of the PEA the mineral resources within both domains will be combined.
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from the last eight (8) diamond drill holes from the definition drill program at Santa Barbara in the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. Two (2) of these drill holes (DSB-45 and DSB-47) filled in gaps in previous drilling of the High-Grade Zone. The remaining six (6) holes (DSB-44. DSB-48, DSB-49, DSB-50, DSB-51 and DSB-52) tested the potential south-southeastern extension of the High-Grade Zone at Santa Barbara.
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from eight (8) additional diamond drill holes from its definition drilling program at the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. Hole DHK-27 was drilled from Huayra Kasa due west at -45 degrees to a length of 860m to fill-in gaps in previous drilling of the High-Grade Zone. Five (5) additional holes (DHK-26. DHK-28, DHK-29, DHK-30 and DSB-42) were drilled to the southwest from the Huayra Kasa area to test the eastern margin of the Santa Barbara deposit. Hole DSB-43 was drilled on southwest side of Santa Barbara and hole DSB-46 tested the potential south-southeastern extension.
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from two (2) additional diamond drill holes from its on-going drilling program at the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. One drill hole, DSB-36, collared 400m southeast of the Santa Barbara adit, tested the extension of the core of the high-grade feeder zone at Santa Barbara while hole DSB-34, tested the potential southwest limits of the high-grade feeder zone as shown in Figure 1.
Hole DSBU-10 is an underground hole drilled at azimuth 400 at -600 dip across the higher-grade feeder zone. Hole DHK-24 is a surface drill hole collared near Huayra Kasa approximately 100m SE of Hole DSBU-10 and drilled to the SW at -600. Four drills including three surface drills and one underground drill are focussed on completing drilling in the Santa Barbara Resource Definition Drilling Area. A fourth surface drill has been added to further expand drilling capacity.
Tom Larsen, CEO of Eloro Resources (ELO.V), knows that the company’s Iska Iska silver tin deposit in Bolivia is big. Just how big is being delineated with a significant drilling program. A full 43-101 mineral resource is expected in Q3 of 2022.
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from an additional four (4) diamond drill holes from its on-going drilling program at the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. Holes DSBU-08, DSBU-07 and DSBU-04 are underground holes drilled from the Santa Barbara adit to test the southwestern and southern extension of the higher-grade mineralized zone. Surface drill hole DSB-26 tested the northwest extension of the Santa Barbara mineralized zone approximately 800m northwest of the Santa Barbara adit underground drill bay. Drilling is currently focussed primarily on the Santa Barbara Resource Definition Drilling Area with two surface drills and one underground drill. One surface drill is completing holes in the Porco area to test for a potential tin porphyry as suggested by the 3D inverse magnetic model (see Eloro press release dated March 1, 2022).
Eloro Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “Eloro“) (TSXV: ELO) (OTCQX: ELRRF) (FSE: P2QM) is pleased to announce that in connection with its previously announced bought deal financing, the Company and Cormark Securities Inc., (the “Underwriter“) have agreed to increase the size of the previously announced financing. The Underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 2,615,400 units of the Company (the “Units“) at a price of C$3.25 per Unit for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$8.5 million (the “Offering“). Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Common Share“) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant“) of the Company. Each Warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire an additional Common Share at a price of C$4.75 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the Offering.
Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from an additional two (2) diamond drill holes from its on-going drilling program at the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. Hole METSBUG-01 is an underground hole drilled for metallurgical sampling purposes from the Santa Barbara adit, while step-out hole DSB-25 was drilled approximately 400m northwest of hole METSBUG-01. Both holes intersected major new extensions of the already large Santa Barbara mineralized zone.
