Pacton Gold Inc. (TSXV: PAC) (the “Company” or “Pacton”) announces that it has agreed, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, to settle $550,000 worth of debt to arm’s length parties by the issuance of 1,833,333 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.30 per share. (TSXV: PAC) (the “Company” or “Pacton”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent (“LOI”) whereby the Company can acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of CTTR Gold Pty Ltd (“CTTR”), an Australian proprietary limited exploration company. CTTR is a newly formed company, incorporated at the end of October 2017 that holds applications to nine tenenment licenses for a strategic mineral property group (the “Property”) in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
