Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into an option agreement (the “Agreement”) to acquire the Mina Casiterita and Mina Hoyada properties (the “Acquisition”) which collectively cover 14.75 km2 southwest and west of the Iska Iska Silver-Tin Polymetallic Project (“Iska Iska”). Artisanal mining in the 1960’s identified high grade tin veins on the Mina Casiterita property that are hosted in intrusive dacite. Production from 1962 to 1964 is reported by the Departamento Nacional de Geología (National Department of Geology) in Bolivia as 69.85 tonnes grading 50.60% Sn. These properties connect with the TUP-3 and TUP-6 claims previously staked by Eloro. The Company has also staked additional claims in the Iska Iska region, as shown in Figure 1. Collectively, the land package to be controlled by Eloro following the Acquisition will total 1,935 quadrants covering 483.75 km2. This includes the Tomave, Khuchu Ingenio and Puna properties, located further north towards Potosi (Figure 1).

Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. To date, the Company has completed 35,738 metres (m) in 68 drill holes including three (3) in progress to test major target areas at Iska Iska. This press release reports drilling results from one (1) additional hole which tested the Porco Breccia Pipe (“PBP”) (Hole DPC-01) and new underground channel sampling from the Porco adit located approximately 200m south of the PBP. Currently three drill rigs are in operation at Iska Iska. Two surface drill rigs are continuing to drill at the Santa Barbara Resource Definition Target Zone (Figure 1) to outline an initial National Instrument 43-101 (“NI-43-101”) compliant resource. A third drill, an underground rig, situated in the west end of the Santa Barbara Adit, is testing the eastern part of Santa Barbara Breccia Pipe (“SBBP’) and its mineralized envelope. Figure 1 is a geological plan map showing locations of drill holes completed, in progress and planned to complete resource definition drilling along with an updated geological interpretation. Figure 2 is a plan map of channel sampling at the Porco adit. The Agreement grants Eloro the option to acquire a 99% interest in Iska Iska for consideration consisting of 500,000 Eloro common shares, of which 250,000 have been issued, with the remaining 250,000 to be issued on or before January 6, 2022, and the payment of US$10 million, of which US$3 million has been paid to date, with the remaining US$7 million due on or before January 6, 2024.
Eloro Resources Ltd. The Agreement allows exploration activities, including drilling, to proceed at the San Markito epithermal silver drill target.

Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it is adding an additional drill rig to accelerate its diamond drilling program at its Iska Iska Silver-Polymetallic Project in Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. To date, Eloro has completed 22 holes totalling 6,721m metres from both underground (12) and surface drill holes (10). Results from the first five underground holes were reported on November 18, 2020 and an additional 10 holes were reported on January 26, 2021. Results are pending for an additional 7 holes (Table 1).
