Bonterra Discovers New Gold Zone 5 km West of the Gladiator Gold Deposit

Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR, US: BONXF, FSE: 9BR1) (the “Company” or “Bonterra”) is pleased to announce recent exploration activities located west of the Gladiator Deposit and within the extensive Coliseum Property have led to the discovery a new gold and silver bearing horizon (“Temica Gold Zone”). The discovery located approximately 4 km to the south west of the Gladiator Deposit, was highlighted by recent drill hole CL-17-14, which intersected 4.7 g/t Au and 44.6 g/t Ag over 2.7 m at a depth of 250 m below surface. The Bonterra technical team considers this newly discovered zone to be an extension of the Gladiator mineralized trend. read more

TerraX expands Yellowknife City Gold field exploration program
Vancouver, September 12, 2017 – TerraX Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: TXR; Frankfurt: TX0; OTC: TRXXF) is pleased to announce that it has budgeted an additional $1.8 Million in field exploration spending at the Yellowknife City Gold project to follow up on promising exploration targets identified during the summer field work. This work will be carried out between now and the end of 2017 and will include extensive ground magnetic and induced polarized (IP) surveys on new and established drill targets and comprehensive biogeochemical surveys over large areas of the property covered by swamps and overburden.

So far this summer, TerraX has completed extensive surface exploration on the Yellowknife City gold project, with over 5,000 surface and channel samples from numerous target areas having been delivered to the lab for analysis, with assay results pending. Terrax has also completed electromagnetic, magnetic and radiometric geophysical surveys totaling approximately 3,200 line kilometres and ground-based magnetic surveys on known high-grade gold zones in preparation for drilling later this season. read more

The Company also announces results of the remaining 10 holes at the Ace of Spades. Subsequent drilling began on the northerly extension of the Hearts zone in August and on the newly discovered gold in quartz veins at the Diamonds zone in September. read more

Metallic Minerals begins Royalty Program

Metallic Minerals (V.MMG) has a press release out today announcing an option agreement to acquire 36.4 square kilometres (“km2”) of mining rights along the Australia Creek drainage, a tributary to the Indian River, in the Klondike gold district near Dawson City, Yukon. In the same release Metallic announces that it has entered into a production royalty agreement for 2.4 kilometers of that property which will give Metallic a 12% royalty on gold produced. read more
