Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM; OTCQX: TPRFF) announced today that it remains on track to produce between 200,000 and 220,000 ounces of gold in 2021 from its high-grade Segovia Operations in Antioquia, Colombia. In February 2021, Gran Colombia produced 15,354 ounces of gold and 18,922 ounces of silver at Segovia bringing the total for the first two months of the year to 30,415 ounces of gold and 37,519 ounces of silver.

NexGen Energy Ltd. (“NexGen” or the “Company”) (TSX: NXE) (NYSE: NXE) is pleased to announce that the Underwriters (as defined below) have exercised their over-allotment option (the “Over-Allotment Option”), in full, to purchase an additional 5,010,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $4.50 per Common Share, in connection with the Company’s recently completed underwritten public offering of 33,400,000 Common Shares, which closed on March 11, 2021 (the “Offering”). Upon closing of the Over-Allotment Option, the Company received additional gross proceeds of $22,545,000, resulting in total gross proceeds from the Offering of approximately $172.8 million.
CBLT Updates M&A and Announces Warrants Expiry
On March 1, 2021 CBLT Inc. (TSXV: CBLT) (“CBLT”) announced it had reached a meeting of the minds with an arm’s length third party for CBLT to acquire a greenfield Ontario mining asset that is prospective for some of the battery metals. Since then CBLT’s due diligence review showed two additional arm’s length parties having an ownership interest in that property. CBLT has entered into good faith discussions with those additional parties and has a reasonable expectation it will be able to convert those discussions into a binding agreement. There are no assurances that the parties will be able to reach a definitive agreement, or that the contemplated transaction would close as contemplated or at all.
