Pacton Gold Inc. (TSXV: PAC) (the “Company” or “Pacton”) announces that it has agreed, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, to settle $550,000 worth of debt to arm’s length parties by the issuance of 1,833,333 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.30 per share. All shares issued pursuant to the debt settlement will be subject to the standard four month and one day regulatory hold periods.
