MGX Minerals Inc. (“MGX” or the “Company”) (CSE: XMG / FKT: 1MG / OTCQB: MGXMF) is pleased to report that engineering partner PurLucid Treatment Solutions (“PurLucid”) has been awarded a non-repayable contribution totaling up to C$8.2 million in government funding to support the commercialization of a low energy water treatment system for the oil and gas industry. Specifically, Sustainable Development Technology Canada (“SDTC”) and Emissions Reduction Alberta (“ERA”) have agreed to fund up to $3.2 million and $5 million, respectively.
