Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE: NSG) (“Northstar” or the “Company“), reports that machine learning stochastic cluster analysis and final 3D inversions by GoldSpot Discoveries Corp. (GoldSpot) on a 2020, 5 km2 gravity and magnetic geophysical survey dataset has identified multiple anomalies with the same signature as known gold-bearing syenites on the Miller Gold Property (Figure 1).
Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE: NSG) (“Northstar” or the “Company“), announces the Company has closed the first tranche of its previously announced $2.7 million non-brokered private placement of units (“Units“) for gross proceeds of CDN$2,415,575 (the “Offering“).
Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE: NSG) (“Northstar” or the “Company“), reports that final 3D inversions of a 5 km2 DIAS32 3D I.P geophysical survey has identified multiple low-resistivity and high-chargeability anomalies extending from recently discovered near-surface syenite intrusion-related gold mineralization at the Miller Gold Property, situated 18 km southeast of Kirkland Lake and Kirkland Lake Gold’s Macassa SMC gold mine (Figure 1). Discrete, linear low-resistivity and broader chargeability anomalies may represent faulted hydrothermal conduit structures and pervasive, gold-bearing alteration, respectively, spatially related to the Allied and Planet syenite stocks.
Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE: NSG) (“Northstar” or the “Company“) reports the Company has acquired by way of purchase agreement the Rosegrove Property, situated 16 km south of the town of Kirkland Lake and Kirkland Lake Gold’s Macassa SMC gold mine, and 1.5 kilometres northwest of Northstar’s flagship Miller Gold Property, where the Company recently completed a 5,023 metre, 28 hole diamond drill program targeting near-surface high-grade and bulk-tonnage gold-telluride mineralization. The purchase price is $10,000 (Cdn.) and the issuance of 50,000 common shares of Northstar.
Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR, OTCQX: BONXF, FSE: 9BR1) (the “Company” or “Bonterra”) is pleased to announce the latest results from the ongoing winter drilling campaign at the Gladiator Gold Deposit, including an intersection of 17.8 g/t Au over 3.0 m. High-grade intersections extend multiple zones westward, adding strike length at the Rivage Gap and continue to demonstrate the continuity of the deposit, highlighting the predictability of the mineralized zones. The ongoing drilling campaign, totaling 70,000 m in 2018, includes infill and definition drilling at the Gladiator Gold Deposit. Multiple drill holes are in the lab with assays pending.
