Etruscus Announces Private Placement Financing
Etruscus Resources Corp. (CSE: ETR) (FSE: ERR) (the “Company” or “Etruscus”), a Vancouver-based junior exploration company, announces that, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) approval, the Company proposes to carry out a non-brokered private placement of up to $500,000, consisting of up to 720,000 non-flow-through units for proceeds of up to $180,000 and 1 million flow-through units for proceeds of up to $320,000. The non-flow-through funds will be used for both exploration and general working capital and the flow-through funds will be used for continued exploration of the Company’s Rock & Roll Property.
