Eloro Resources Increases Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering to 4,200,000 units for Gross Proceeds of $3,780,000 and Schedules Closing for October 31, 2024
Eloro Resources Ltd. (“Eloro” or the “Company”) (TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) is pleased to announce that, in connection with its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”), the Company has increased the size of the Offering from up to 3,900,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at $0.90 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,510,000, to 4,200,000 Units for gross proceeds of $3,780,000. The Company also announces the Offering is fully subscribed and the closing of the second and final tranche is scheduled to take place on October 31, 2024.
