FSD Pharma Inc. (CSE: HUGE) (OTCQB: FSDDF) (FRA: 0K9) announced today that it has entered into a share exchange transaction with Aura Health Inc. (“Aura”). Pursuant to the agreement, FSD acquired 13,562,386 Aura shares valued at $3 million issued from treasury in exchange for 13,181,019 FSD shares issued from treasury valued at $3 million.
