Asante Gold congratulates Ned Goodman
Great to see this:
Today’s news that Rye Patch Gold is getting a $6.2 million dollar refund on its reclamation bond with the State of Nevada is good news for a company which is already meeting its production expectations for its Florida Canyon and Standard mines.
Lithium is very much in the news. The immense possibilities of the electric vehicle revolution with its endless appetite for Lithium Ion batteries have crews drilling lithium-bearing brines and looking at hard rock lithium deposits very seriously.
Avalon Advanced Materials Inc. (T.AVL) provided a progress report on its Separation Rapids hard rock lithium project near Kenora Ontario.
Ascendant’s (T.ASND) El Mochito zinc-lead-silver mine is located in northwest Honduras and has been in continuous operations for over 70 years. As Ascendant CEO Chris Buncic puts it, “The El Mochito mine is a turnaround story and we are happy to report that the turnaround is near completion.”

It is great to see a Seeking Alpha contributor dig in on where one of Canada’s great mining investors is putting his money. Eric Sprott likes gold a lot. He has a ton of Novo stock but he also has Bonterra, Garibaldi and investments in a dozen other Canadian explorers.
Northern Equity Research has a new report out on GGX Gold (V.GGX):
Excellent article from our friend Lesley Stokes over at The Northern Miner on Pretium (T.PVG) operations at its Brucejack Mine in Northern British Columbia. Pretium is now processing stope ore with grades running over 12 grams per ton. In the third quater overall, Pretium produced 82,203 oz. gold from 261,262 tonnes grading 10.52 grams gold per tonne. What is remarkable is that the all in sustaining cash cost of this production was US $446 per ounce.
Evolving Gold, (V.EVG) is joining Eastmain and Goldcorp in the James Bay region of Northern Quebec. It is a geological sub-province which is showing signs of becoming a new Abitibi with greenstone showings and significant gold. I have an article up at Seeking Alpha about the New Abitibi and how investors can get into the play without paying a premium.
